This is a presentation I made for my place of fellowship when one of the Sunday School teachers accused the Sunday School Director of getting too “Evangelical.” I figured I had better explain that “Evangeleo” is the Greek word that means “Good News” and that “Disciple” comes from the Greek “Mathetes,” meaning a pupil, in this case of Jesus and why it is so critical for any gathering to be involved in evangelism and Discipleship.
